Joseph Paxton (1803-1865) & John Lindley (1799-1865)

Late and short-lived companion to Curtis's Botanical Magazine and Edwards's Botanical Register. 10 volumes were planned, but only 3 were published, probably from 1850 to 1853 1). Each volume was compsoed of 12 fascicles of 3 color plates and “gleanings and memoranda”. 2 cactus and 7 other succulents are presented in the following file.






1) The present volumes are all dated 1853
