ID of a p---y like blade succulent

ID of a p---y like blade succulent

Hi everyone :
I took this photo some days ago at a friend succulent collection.
I omitted to ask him if he bought this succulent or got it from an exchange.
It his quite dissimilar to Crassula ovata monstruosa or crassula umbella.
Petiole and blade are very distinct. The blade is asymmetrical with a small proximal appendage
What can it be ?

Hello,

I never saw such a plant. Where did you it from?

Yann (France, Clermont-Ferrand). Serre tenue hors-gel + pleine terre un peu abritée. -10°C tous les hivers.
